How the whole thing fits together

An inquiry lands, and everything after that runs itself: the lead gets filed, texted, booked onto a call, walked through a Sip & See tour, and confirmed — each step handing off to the next automatically. One branch runs alongside the whole thing: if a lead ever texts back STOP, a separate automation catches it the moment it happens and marks them Lost, wherever they are in the pipeline.

Reading this map: the five solid boxes left to right are the linear path every lead walks — click any one for its full walkthrough. The dashed box hanging off First Message isn't a sixth step in the chain — it's live the whole time, watching for a STOP reply from any lead who's ever received a text, and pulling them out the moment it sees one.

The six walkthroughs

Start with Dubsado Inquiries and follow the arrows. Each page has its own video, a plain-English summary, an under-the-hood breakdown, and a clear "what you can safely change".

Unit 01 · Make
